Rules & Regulations (FAQ's)

Question : What is the TOPIC for the Slogan competition?
Answer :  Slogan based on Corruption, Integrity, Self Reliance etc relevant to the theme of VAW 2021.

Question : Who can Participate ?
Answer : Any College student from Graduation/Post Graduation can participate. The student must be resident of Ranchi.

Question : How the contest will be conducted  ?
Answer : Participants has to register and submit their Slogan Hand written in Chart paper. Participant has to hold the slogan and get a photograph clicked and that should be uploded with other required documents in registration latest by 31st Oct, 2021.

Question : In which language one can submit their slogan? 
Answer : Hindi or English only.

Question : Minmum and Maximum word Limit for slogan? 
Answer : The minimum and maximum word limit permissible for Slogan writing competition shall be 4 to 15 words, respectively. Entries i.e., slogan must be original.

Question : On what basis slogans will be judged? 
Answer : Slogans will be judged on the basis of the following criteria:Relevance to theme, Originality & Creativity (Creativity includes interpretation of the theme)

Question : On which Date & Time the contest will be conducted ?
Answer : Participant can submit their slogans between 26th to 31st October 2021: 6 pm by filling and submitting our registration form.

Question : Can a participant participate in more than one contests ?
Answer : NO.

Question : Is there any Registration/ Entry Fee  ?
Answer : NO ENTRY / Registration FEE .


Question : Is any ID proof required for registration ?
Answer : Yes, Students have to submit an image of any valid academic proof of the current session or previous session, e.g.  : ID Card, Diary page,result etc. during registration.

Question : What other documents required to submit during registration ?
Answer :
  1. Participant must have to upload their INTEGRITY PLEDGE Certificate (pdf format) obtained after registration in https://pledge.cvc.nic.in/
  2. Slogan Image with participant in JPG Image (less than 1 mb)
  3. Participant Photograph in JPG Image (less than 1 mb)

Question : When and what prizes will be given to the winners ?
Answer : All the winners will be given  cash awards along with participation certificate and a T-shirt. Winner were called for the prize distrubtion ceremony on concluding day of the event at CMPDI Head office, Kanke Road, Ranchi.

Question : Will every participant receive a certificate or any goodies ?
Answer : Yes, All succesfully registered participants will get a T Shirt and a Participation Certificate.

Question : How the participation Certificates and T-shirts will be send ?
Answer : We will send the same via courier to all the participants in the provided address.
