Rules & Regulations (FAQ's)

Question : What is the TOPIC for the painting competition?
Answer : Topic will be given during live competition related to Corruption, integrity, Self Reliance etc relevant to the theme of VAW 2021.

Question : Who can Participate ?
Answer : Any student from class 8 to 12 and Intermediate can participate. The student must be studying in any schools in Ranchi.

Question : How the contest will be conducted  ?
Answer : Contest will be conducted Online through ZOOM app. Link will be shared in advance to all registered participants.

Question : On which Date & Time the contest will be conducted ?
Answer : Final LIVE Contest will be conducted on 29th October 2021. Timing will be informed to all participants after registration via e-mail or whatsApp

Question : Can a participant participate in both more than one contests ?
Answer : NO.

Question : What is the last date for Registration ?
Answer : 26th October 2021 : 6 pm is the last day for Registration. Participation is based on first come first serve basis. Registration will be closed prior if we reach maximum number of participants. Participation will be void/Cancelled, if not find as per rules.

Question : Is there any Registration/ Entry Fee  ?
Answer : NO ENTRY / Registration FEE .


Question : What paper Size and colour medium is allowed for Live contest ?
Answer : Paper Size must be 16 inch x 22 inch (Half of Chart paper). Medium : Any Colour/Mix Medium can be used.

Question : Do we need to send/submit hard copy of paintings?
Answer : No not Required for all. We may ask specifically to some participants/winners to submit hard copy of paintings.


Question : Is any ID proof required for registration ?
Answer : Yes, Students have to submit an image of any valid academic proof of the current session or previous session, e.g.  : ID Card, Diary page,result etc. during registration.

Question : What other documents required to submit during registration ?
Answer :
  1. Participant must have to upload their INTEGRITY PLEDGE Certificate (pdf format) obtained after registration in https://pledge.cvc.nic.in/
  2. Participant Photograph in JPG Image (less than 1 mb)

Question : When and what prizes will be given to the winners ?
Answer : All the winners will be given  cash awards along with participation certificate and a T-shirt. Winner were called for the prize distrubtion ceremony on concluding day of the event at CMPDI Head office, Kanke Road, Ranchi.

Question : Will every participant receive a certificate or any goodies ?
Answer : Yes, All succesfully registered participants will get a T Shirt and a Participation Certificate.

Question : How the participation Certificates and T-shirts will be send ?
Answer : We will send the same via courier to all the participants in the provided address.
